Bill is a food systems engineer and has spend most of his life working with industrial kitchen equipment. Bill has combined his passion of working with steel and his knowledge of the food industry as well as the rewarding feeling of building something from scratch, into his business of creating customized steel equipment that is not only functional but reliable and build to last.
Bill has worked closely with many local companies and restaurants here in connecticut. Staying close to the community that surrounds us, helping both big and small businesses operate effectively and efficiently so that their costumes get the experience they deserve.

Bill is not only a fabricator, he can also help you restore equipment that otherwise would cost you and your business considerable ammounts of money if replaced. Bill can work with you and give you a honest assestment on restoring and replacing stainless steel equimpment to assure that you take an informed decition. And if you wish he can restore it back.
